This is an exclusively white community, with over 99% identifying as 'white'. The median income per household is $100,300 and the large majority have a decent education, with 78% having attended some college, and 35% having a bachelor's degree or higher. Petal

Olive Branch

Pass Christian 

Pass Christian is one of the best cities to live in Mississippi, with Henderson Point nearby, and a population of 5,877. The unemployment rate is high, at 7.1%. Housing costs are about average, with the median home value at $183,700. It is near Tunica Resorts, a place with several resort casinos in a small area, popular in tourism as well. It has survived the two greatest hurricanes in U.S. history.


Clinton

Clinton is ranked the 2nd best suburb in Mississippi to raise a family, and is located in Hinds County, with a population of 25,131. Housing is affordable, with the median home value at $169,500. Clinton is a suburb of the city of Jackson, and is undoubtedly one of the best places in the city. 


Schools are highly rated, and Mississippi College is here - the largest private college in the state of Mississippi. The education rate is higher here, with 43% of the population having a bachelor's degree or higher, and 76% of the community having at least some college. 


Flowood
